Mike Fernandez founded Arpent in 2024. Born and raised in St. Bernard Parish, he graduated from LSU and served as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer. He came home in 2015, started buying long-term rentals, and later earned his real estate license.
Having been on both sides of the closing table as a buyer, seller and landlord, Mike built Arpent around making the process simpler and helping clients and employees build wealth through real estate.
He serves on the St. Bernard Economic Development Foundation board and hosts St Bernard Parish Real Estate Investors, a monthly meetup for local investors and landlords. His study of the Louisiana International Terminal and home values is on our research page.
