Meet Our Team

Mike Fernandez founded Arpent Realty in 2024, driven by a vision to provide proactive real estate solutions at the intersection of real estate investing and St. Bernard Parish. Born and raised in St. Bernard Parish, Mike is a devout Christian, a father of two, and happily married to his wife, Lauren.

After graduating from LSU, Mike commissioned as a US Army Intelligence Officer. His military service instilled in him a strong sense of duty, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze and convert large amounts of data into actionable insights. Upon returning home in 2015, Mike discovered his passion for real estate and began investing in long-term rental properties. Soon after, he earned his Realtor license.

With extensive experience on both sides of the closing table, Mike understands the challenges, fears, and anxieties involved in buying and selling real estate. His goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Mike's mission is to empower clients and employees alike to build wealth through real estate ownership.

Kaitlyn Crowe began her journey with Arpent Realty as a part-time administrative assistant and quickly advanced to become a full-time property manager. Since the company's inception, she has been a key player, spearheading our marketing efforts and working closely with investors to ensure their goals are met, while excelling at efficiently connecting tenants with their new homes.

Kaitlyn's keen eye for design and marketing, along with her social media expertise, has propelled Arpent's brand to new heights. Her exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service continually impress both our clients and the tenants we serve.

With a wealth of experience in property management, Kaitlyn manages portfolios worth multiple millions of dollars and growing daily. She consistently demonstrates her ability to tackle increasingly complex challenges, all while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor. Kaitlyn's dedication and versatility make her an invaluable asset to the Arpent Realty team.

Adam Caro is your seasoned real estate expert with over three years of industry experience. As a Chalmette native, Adam's deep roots and extensive knowledge of the local market make him your go-to guide for all things real estate. With a stellar record of consistently closing high sales volume year over year, Adam's dedication to delivering results is unmatched.
